How to Turn Off Pop-up Blocker in Chrome
KudaniCloud uses a number of pop-ups throughout the application. We have made every attempt to bypass the pop-up blocker, however, if for some reason you are getting errors you should turn it off manually to see if that was the cause of the problem. The steps below show how to turn off the pop-up blocker in Chrome.
Step One:
Click on the icon with the lines in the top right hand corner to open the options menu.
Step Two:
Click on 'Settings'.
Step Three:
Scroll down to the bottom and click on the 'Show advanced settings' link.
Step Four:
Click on 'Content Settings'.
Step Five:
Scroll down the pop-up until you reach a section called 'Pop-ups' and click on 'Manage exceptions'.
Step Six:
Search for app.kudani.com and select the behavior to 'Allow'. This will give KudaniCloud permission to show pop-ups.
Step Seven:
Click on 'Done' and you are finished
