How to Confirm and Verify a New User Account
Whenever a new 'Client or Project' [*], 'Manager' or 'User' account is created it needs to be verified. The following outlines this process. If you need assistance with creating the account itself please refer to this tutorial: Understanding KudaniCloud User Accounts.
[*] Users with Personal or Professional plans will not need to verify their 'Client or Project' account. As their plan has just the one account it is only a name change that occurs, which does not need to be confirmed. However if a 'Manager' or 'User' account is created this will require the same verification process.
Step 1: Check Your Email

After successfully creating an account, the new user will receive two new email messages from KudaniCloud in the inbox of the email client, as shown above.
Confirm the new account

Open the email with the subject "KudaniCloud - Please Confirm Email" first and click on the link.
Click on the link

The user should be taken to the KudaniCloud website. That's it. Now the new user can log in the new account and start working with KudaniCloud.
Note: In the second email "Welcome to KudaniCloud" the user should find the log in details for the new account.
Logging in unconfirmed accounts

If the user logs into an unverified account, a pink confirmation message will show up in the upper right corner of KudaniCloud. The user needs to click on the message.
Verify the email

Now, the user only needs to check the inbox of the email client and confirm as previously explained.The pink message should then disappear.
