Admin accounts are now able to share folders with client accounts and with other user accounts.

Added the ability to share folders with co-workers. A folder shared with a co-worker that is associated to a client account is only visible when the co-worker is working on that project.

The font size, padding and  text color in the editor have been optimized to avoid eyestrain when working for longer periods of time.

If the editor is open in full screen mode a greater padding % on the edges is used to avoid long lines of text  and maintain the paragraphs size centered.

Items displayed in the calendar now show the corresponding channel icon to make it faster to identify the type of account.

When the user creates a new folder it clearly specifies if it is for Feeds or for Saved for Later.

A 'Finish' button was added to the Facebook page selection window.
